Conveying Capacity

Conveying capacity is the main consideration when selecting an autoloader for plastics manufacturing productions. The Wensui autoloader offers a conveying capacity from 300 to 1500 kg/h. According to the actual needs of the production process and the primary processing machine, the conveying capacity of the loader can be determined.

Pipe Diameter

The diameter of the feeding pipe determines the size of the material conveying channel. Picking a loader with a wide enough pipe is crucial to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of material conveying. The standard pipe diameter of the Wensui autoloader is 38 mm. For flat material, the pipe diameter needs to be at least 51 mm to avoid clogging the pipe and leading to the decline of production efficiency.

Motor

Wensui autoloaders are available with both carbon brush motor and inductive motor. The carbon brush motor is suitable for conveying raw material, while the inductive motor can convey both raw and recycled material. If you have recycled material, it is better to choose the machine with an induction motor, which has less noise and longer life and is more in line with the production needs.
